Pricing and Payment Plans

Our Pricing is very simple. We charge a fee of $599.00 for your entire first year's cost.

This includes:

• One complete collection kit
• Shipping your sample Priority Overnight to the lab
• All lab processing
• All lab testing
• 1st year's storage

All clients who store with CryoChoice commit to a minimum of three years' storage. Approximately 30 days prior to the specimen's first anniversary, your credit card on file will be charged $139 for the second year of storage. This annual billing cycle will continue until you give notice of cancellation. Upon cancellation or failure to make timely payment, we will dispose of the stored samples.

Payment Plan:

We offer a no-interest plan. Six monthly payments of $99 each satisfy the total first year's cost of $599. A credit card processing fee of $2 will be added to each payment.
