Your kit will arrive via FedEx Priority Overnight shipping. The shipping fee is $39, regardless of how many kits you order. It will contain complete instructions about how to complete and ship your donation back to the lab. It will include a specimen cup and a container of non-hazardous preservative. Upon receipt, you will store the preservative in the refrigerator until you are ready to use it.

Collections are done Monday-Thursday only. It is best to do this late in the afternoon, 3pm-4pm. These particular days and time frame will optimize your final sperm count and motility . After you ejaculate into the specimen cup, you will add the preservative to it and gently swirl the mixture. You will then complete the collection worksheet and place it in the CryoChoice box for shipment back to
our lab.

Return shipping is FREE. You will place the closed box into the FedEx Clinical Pak included with the prepaid label attached. You will then take the collection kit to your nearest indoor FedEx drop off location . Do not use a drop box to return your specimen. Your specimen will be shipped priority overnight to the laboratory. Finally, you will get a status call from us within 72 hours of receiving your sample.
